目的 2020年4月1日起,随着中国气象局的布局,我国正式迈入地面气象观测全面自动化时代,各种自动化观测设备陆续推广应用,WP1A 型天气现象视频智能观测仪就是其中的一种。目前,全国气象部门安装有天气现象视频智能观测仪设备的台站,均需人工定时对该设备中的结冰容器加补水,造成人力无法彻底解放、无法实现高度自动化,说明解决这一未能自动化问题的必要性。方法 文章基于工作实际,综合考虑系统设备的安全性、可靠性、稳定性和可操作性,提出解决天气现象视频智能观测仪远程补水的设计方案。结果 通过对现有仪器设备的局部改造,结合现代电子学,信息与通信技术,并整合电源线路、4G通讯模块、芯片控制模块等物联网技术,解决结冰容器的现有加水方式无法实现自动化的技术问题,实现远程补水加水的控制。结论 该远程补水系统能达到预期的目的。 |

Objective Since April 1, 2020, with the layout of China Meteorological Administration, China has formally stepped into the era of comprehensive automation of ground meteorological observation, and all kinds of automated observation equipments have been promoted and applied one after another, and the WP1A-type Weather Phenomena Video Intelligent Observer is one of them. At present, the stations of the national meteorological department that have installed the weather phenomenon video intelligent observer equipment need to manually add and replenish water to the icing container in the equipment at regular intervals, resulting in the inability of manpower to be completely liberated and a high degree of automation, which demonstrates the necessity of solving the problem of failure to automate. Methods Based on the actual work, the article comprehensively considers the safety, reliability, stability and operability of the system equipment, and puts forward a design scheme to solve the problem of remote replenishment of weather phenomena video intelligent observer. Results Through the local transformation of existing instruments and equipment, combined with modern electronics, information and communication technology, and the integration of power lines, 4G communication modules, chip control modules and other Internet of Things technologies, to solve the existing water refilling of icing containers can not be automated to achieve the technical problems of the existing water refilling method, and to achieve the remote replenishment and refilling of the control. Conclusion The remote water replenishment system can achieve the desired purpose. |
