利用2016-2022年毕节国家基本气象站和乡镇(街道)自动气象站降雨资料,运用统计分析方法对七星关区暴雨天气特征进行分析,并结合气象灾害风险普查成果研究了“三个叫应”阈值。结果表明:七星关区年均暴雨站次107.8站,年均暴雨日数19.2d,月暴雨日数峰值出现在7月达36d,月暴雨站次峰值出现在7月达231站;2016-2022年暴雨日数存在时空分布不均,小吉场、岔河等东部、南部乡镇明显大于西部和北部乡镇,最大日降雨量比较集中的是长春堡、八寨等中部、东部乡镇;当辖区内自动站雨量1h达25.8mm、3h达53.8mm、6h达72.2mm、24h达93.7mm,且降雨持续时,须及时开展“三个叫应”气象服务工作。 |

Based on the rainfall data of Bijie National Basic Meteorological Station and Town (Street) Automatic Meteorological Station from 2016 to 2022, the characteristics of rainstorm weather in Qixingguan District are analyzed by statistical analysis method, and the threshold of "three major call and response mechanisms" is studied in combination with the results of meteorological disaster risk survey. The results show that the number of average annual rainstorm stations in Qixingguan District is 107.8, the number of average annual rainstorm days is 19.2, the peak of monthly rainstorm days is 36 days in July, and the peak of monthly rainstorm stations is 231 stations in July; From 2016 to 2022, the number of rainstorm days is unevenly distributed in time and space. The number of rainstorm days in eastern and southern towns such as Xiaojichang and Chahe is significantly higher than that in western and northern towns. The maximum daily rainfall is concentrated in the central and eastern towns such as Changchunbao and Bazhai. When the rainfall of automatic stations in the jurisdiction reaches 25.8 mm in 1 hour, 53.8 mm in 3 hours, 72.2 mm in 6 hours and 93.7 mm in 24 hours, and the rainfall continues, it is necessary to carry out the meteorological service of "three major call and response mechanisms " in time. |
