| Statistics on rainfall data from 70 strong rainfall weather processes in Libo County from 2010 to 2018, combined with information on disaster, terrain, and river distribution, determined the disaster threshold for sub-regions and rainfall types, and optimized the "Three Call response" process in Libo County according to the threshold. It is true that the "three calls" play a sentinel role in preventing meteorological disasters. |
