| 阐述了风玫瑰图及其在规划设计中的应用；分析了诸暨风玫瑰图特征,得知NNE风与SSW风为全年两个方向相反的主导风向；论述了诸暨城市总体规划将工业区布局在城西的合理性；针对城西工业区现状,指出了不该在工业区内建成片居住小区,人民医院选择在城西工业区的合理性值得商榷；呼吁尊重气象要素风的客观规律,强化规划的刚性约束,以确保工业区的定位不走样不变形。 |

| The wind rose diagram and its application in planning and design are expounded；The characteristics of Zhuji wind rose diagram are analyzed,It is known that the NNE wind and SSW wind are the dominant wind directions in the two directions of the whole year；The rationality of industrial layout in West Zhuji is discussed；Aiming at the present situation of Chengxi Industrial Zone,It is pointed out that no residential area should be built in the industrial area,The rationality of people"s Hospital in the western industrial area is questionable；Calling for respect for the objective laws of meteorological elements,Strengthening the rigid constraints of planning,To ensure that the location of the industrial zone is not out of shape. |
