【目的】为不断适应社会发展对气象服务精细化的需求,提升基层气象台站一线服务人员的工作效率,株洲市 气象台研发了株洲市智慧气象服务平台。【方法】该平台是基于“天擎 ·湖南 ”数据环境集多功能于一体的综合性网页平台。 平台实现了气温、降水、风向和风速等实时气象要素查询统计,图形制作和编辑,各类服务产品智能化制作,服务产品配置分 发等功能;集成了重污染天气预警、山洪地质灾害、森林火险等灾害风险预警技术;整合了气象灾害影响评估及风险普查成 果。【结果】具有运行稳定、界面简洁、操作简单、维护方便等特征。【结论】业务运行后,能快速向用户提供本地基于位置的气 象实况、预报预警数字及图形表格产品查询,定向推送针对性服务产品,实现服务产品管理、服务智能提醒等综合服务功能。 服务流程自动化程度提升,气象服务更加规范化、针对性更强。 |

Abstract: |
In order to continuously adapt to the refined needs of the society for meteorological services and improve the work efficiency of the front-line service personnel at the grass-root meteorological stations , the Zhuzhou Meteorological Observatory has developed the Zhuzhou intelligent meteorological service platform. This platform is a comprehensive web platform that integrates multiple functions based on " Tianqing · Hunan " data environment. The platform realizes the query and statistics of real-time meteorological elements such as temperature , precipitation , wind direction and wind speed , graphics production and editing , intelligent production of various service products , and distribution of service products . The platform integrates heavy pollution weather early warning , mountain torrents and geological disasters , forest fires and other disaster risk early warning technologies . It also integrates the meteorological disaster impact assessment and the risk survey results . It has the characteristics of stable operation , simple interface , simple operation and convenient maintenance . After operation of the service , it can quickly provide users with local location-based weather observations , forecast and early warning information and graphic form product queries , and can push targeted service products to users , achieving service product management , service intelligent reminder and other comprehensive service functions . With this intelligent meteorological service platform , the automation of service processes has been improved , and meteorological services have become more standardized and more targeted . |
