基于实验的黑木耳气象服务指标研究

摘要:
【目的】黑木耳作为剑河县发展战略和特色农业,木耳的产量、质量与本县经济发展息息相关,本文旨在研究出剑河县黑木耳高产的气象条件指标及灾害性天气指标,以期为剑河县黑木耳的产业发展提供科学的气候依据。【方法】以黑木耳为试材,在剑河县气象局内建立黑木耳微型模拟观测站,本文分析数据主要源于实验过程中木耳生育期、产量、同期气象要素值等资料。【结论】当平均温度在13.2~17.1℃间,气温越高,耳芽生长周期越短,林下温差刺激、光照刺激较坝区小,出芽率低于坝区,但林下耳片质量更好。木耳最适宜生长温度条件为:气温22.0~22.5℃,草温24.4~31.1℃;适宜湿度条件:相对湿度>70%。当日最高气温>32.1℃、相对湿度≥69%,会产生高温灾害,易造成木耳流耳,气温日较差越小,流耳情况越严重;生长环境温度低于10℃时,抑制耳片生长。

Abstract:
【 Objective 】 Black fungus is a development strategy and characteristic agriculture in Jianhe County. The yield and quality of black fungus are closely related to the economic development of this county. This article aims to study the meteorological conditions and catastrophic weather indicators for high yield of black fungus in Jianhe County, in order to provide scientific climate basis for the industrial development of black fungus in Jianhe County. 【 Method 】 Using black fungus as the test material, a micro simulation observation station for black fungus was established within the Jianhe County Meteorological Bureau. The analysis data in this article mainly comes from the data of the growth period, yield, and meteorological element values of black fungus during the experimental process. 【 Conclusion 】 When the average temperature is between 13.2 and 17.1 ℃, the higher the temperature, the shorter the ear bud growth cycle. The temperature difference and light stimulation under the forest are smaller than those in the dam area, and the germination rate is lower than that in the dam area. However, the quality of the ear buds under the forest is better. The most suitable temperature conditions for the growth of agaric are: temperature 22.0~22.5 ℃, grass temperature 24.4~31.1 ℃; Suitable humidity conditions: relative humidity>70%. If the highest temperature on the day is>32.1 ℃ and the relative humidity is ≥ 69%, it will cause high-temperature disasters, which can easily cause ear bleeding. The smaller the daily temperature range, the more serious the ear bleeding situation will be; When the growth environment temperature is below 10 ℃,Inhibiting ear patch grow.
