为满足社会日益增长的气象服务需求,设计研发了毕节市大雾大风监测预警系统。该系统是基于大数据平台(天擎系统)环境下,集自动监测、显示及预警等功能于一体的综合性系统,为适应当前业务流程,系统涵盖了数据处理与存储、图形生成与展示、监测预警和运行监管等功能,大幅度提升现行业务流程及其自动化程度,规范了业务流程。此外,系统采用数据分组处理、趋势预判拟合及ECharts网页动态显示等技术等手段,改进了系统运行效率和服务能力。该系统具有运行稳定、操作简单、内容全面和易维护等特征,投入业务应用后,明显减小一线业务人员工作量和提高工作效率,基本满足当前业务需求,为用户在监测预警及防灾减灾工作中提供重要的能力支撑。 |

Abstract: |
In order to meet the growing demand for meteorological services, Bijie fog and gale monitoring and early warning system is designed and developed. The system is a comprehensive system based on the big data platform (Tianqing system) and integrating the functions of automatic monitoring, display and early warning. In order to adapt to the current business process, the system covers the functions of data processing and storage, graphic generation and display, monitoring and early warning and operation supervision, greatly improves the current business process and its automation, and standardizes the business process. In addition, the system adopts data grouping processing, trend prejudgment fitting and ECharts web page dynamic display technology to improve the operation efficiency and service ability of the system. The system has the characteristics of stable operation, simple operation, comprehensive content and easy maintenance. After being put into business application, it can significantly reduce the workload of front-line business personnel and improve work efficiency, basically meet the current business needs, and provide important capability support for users in monitoring, early warning, disaster prevention and reduction. |
