2020年5月20日的强降水是石阡县本年度最强降水天气过程,表现为强降水时段集中(20日02-07时)、降雨强度大(最大72.2mm/h)、影响区域广(全县范围)。文章首先利用CIMISS数据库降水资料分析了石阡2020-05-20大暴雨是由两轮短时强降水叠加造成的,尤其是第二轮强降水具有突发性强、雨强大、时间集中在1~2h的特点,其次介绍了此次强降水天气出现前、过程中的气象服务情况,然后总结了加强值班值守、做好短临监测、开展针对性气象服务有效弥补了预报上的不足,同时对存在的问题进行梳理,最后从预报预警的准确性、气象信息的及时性、灾害性天气的监测能力、业务人员专业水平、台站和部门间联动、气象工作宣传六方面进行思考,以期为今后开展气象服务提供一定的参考依据。 |

On May 20, 2020, Shiqian County experienced the heaviest rain of the year. It is characterized by concentrated heavy precipitation period(from 2 o’clock to 7 o’clock), high intensity (maximum 72.2 mm/h) and wide coverage (the whole county). The article first explains the reasons for the heavy rain using the precipitation data from the CIMISS database. It is found that the “May 20” heavy rain in Shiqian was caused by the superposition of two rounds of short-term heavy precipitation, especially the second round of rainfall was sudden, strong and its time concentrated in 1 to 2 hours. The article then presents a detailed overview of the weather services provided before and during the heavy rain, and summarizes that strengthen on duty,, short-term and temporary monitoring, and targeted meteorological services can effectively make up for the shortcomings of weather forecasts. It also points out the problems in the meteorological services. Finally, the author expresses some thoughts on the accuracy of weather forecasts and early warnings, the timeliness of meteorological data, the monitoring ability of disastrous weather, the professional level of business personnel, the cooperation between stations and departments, and the publicity of meteorological services. It is hoped that this article can be a meaningful reference for future weather services. |
