2018年贵州省常规站温度要素数据评估

摘要:
随着气象观测的自动化,地面气象观测在观测时次和空间密度上得到极大提高。常规站资料是地面观测资料的重要组成部分,其站点分布合理、监测连续,对于气候变化监测、预测和影响评估有着极为重要的作用。质量控制确保资料的可靠性和代表性,提高资料的应用价值。目前,经过已有的自动化质量控制之后,常规站观测资料中质量控制仍有错判、漏判等问题存在。该文以2018年贵州省常规站气温相关要素数据评估为例,实现本地常规气象资料质量控制方法的优化。

Evaluation of Temperature Factors Data of  Conventional Stations in Guizhou Province in 2018

Abstract:
With the automation of meteorological observation, the observation time and spatial density of surface meteorological observation have been greatly improved. The data of conventional stations is an important part of ground observation, and its reasonable distribution and continuous monitoring play an extremely important role in climate change monitoring, prediction and impact assessment. Quality control ensures the reliability and representativeness of the data and enhances the application value of the data. At present, based on the existing automatic Quality Control (QC), there are still some problems in the Quality Control of observation data of conventional stations, such as misjudgment and omission of judgment. In this paper, the evaluation of temperature related element data of conventional stations in Guizhou Province in 2018 was taken as an example to optimize the quality control method of local conventional meteorological data.
