气象部门的业务运行、数据传输主要依托于气象信息网络,因气象资料的传输时效性要求,气象信息网络须保持24 h不间断运行。一旦网络中断,会影响气象业务运行和资料的及时性与完整性,如刚好出现在极端天气过程,可能会给国家和社会造成不可挽回的损失。针对气象信息网络业务运行与气象资料传输实际情况,采用J2EE+MySQL+Android手机配合等技术方法,设计与实现南充市气象信息网络监控系统,系统主要包含监控、报警、系统web界面等主要功能模块。 |

Abstract: |
Meteorological department's business operation and data transmission mainly rely on the meteorological information network. Due to the timeliness requirements of meteorological data transmission, the meteorological information network must maintain 24-hour uninterrupted operation. Once the network is interrupted, it will affect the meteorological operation and the timeliness and integrity of the data. If it happens in the extreme weather process, it may cause irreparable losses to the country and society. According to the actual situation of meteorological information network operation and meteorological data transmission, this paper designs and implements Nanchong meteorological information network monitoring system by using J2EE+MySQL+Android mobile phone. The system mainly includes monitoring, alarm, system web interface and other main functional modules. |
