地面气象自动观测业务在“局站分离”的情况下无法再利用传统配置的多模光纤进行自动站观测资料的长距离数据采集传输和监控。针对这一问题,该文利用综合硬件集成控制器的可扩展性,把光电转换模块多模光纤接口更换为单模光纤接口后与通讯部门的交换机直接相连,通过租赁通信部门光纤打通局业务平台和观测站之间链路的方式实现了“局站分离”异地观测社会化保障。2020年1月1日务川国家气象观测站进行了此项技术试验,经过6个月的试验运行检验表明:这项技术能正确、稳定、及时地将观测站采集到的气象资料传输到远程局业务平台测报业务主机上。 |

Abstract: |
Under the condition of "station separation", the multi-mode optical fiber with traditional configuration cannot be used for long-distance data acquisition, transmission and monitoring of automatic meteorological observation data. In order to solve this problem, using the comprehensive integrated controller hardware extensibility,after replacing the multi-mode optical fiber interface of the photoelectric conversion module with the single-mode optical fiber interface, it is directly connected with the switch of the communication department. By leasing the optical fiber of the communication department to open the link between the business platform of the bureau and the observation station, the social guarantee of "separation of the bureau and the station" for remote observation is realized. On January 1, 2020, Wuchuan National Meteorological Observation Station carried out a test of this technology. After six months of test operation, it is shown that this technology can transmit the meteorological data collected by the observation station to the measurement and report service mainframe of the remote bureau service platform in a correct, stable and timely manner as expected. |
