| 贵州省气象局气象观测质量管理体系于2019年7月15日发布实施，2019年11月29日正式通过第三方认证，标志着贵州省气象观测业务已步入标准化、规范化管理的轨道，该文通过对贵州省气象局气象观测质量管理体系运行中各环节的调查分析，发现了体系在建立和试运行过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策，保障体系的充分性、适宜性和有效性，有效提高气象观测数据质量。 |

| The Meteorological Observation Quality Management System of Guizhou Bureau was released and implemented on July 15, 2019 officially, and was certified by the third-party on November 29, 2019, indicating the meteorological observation business in Guizhou Province has been standardized and specific. Through the investigation and analysis of various links in the operation of this system, existing issues in the process of establishment and trial operation of the system were raised. Some corresponding countermeasures were put forward to ensure the adequacy and improve the quality of meteorological observation data. |
