湖南省天气雷达业务系统的设计与实现

摘要:
为实现对现有天气雷达业务系统有效补充,进一步满足精细化保障要求,分析了天气雷达状态数据关键参数阈值和已知的常见疑误基数据基本特征,基于java程序MVC框构和Silverlight插件、Mysql数据库、Ajax、Web GIS等技术,设计和开发集高分辨数据传输监控、设备运行关键参数与停机事件监控、机房环境要素监控、数据质量监视与深度解析、设备故障专家知识库、报表数据自动处理与生成等功能于一体的,具备多种告警方式(语音、短信)的业务系统。结果表明:该系统在湖南全省各雷达台站运行效果明显,它能有效提高各级保障人员的工作效率,提升告警流程化管理水平,及时发现天气雷达设备故障隐患,明显提高数据质量和新一代天气雷达业务可用性。

Design and Implementation of Radar Operational System in Hunan Province

Abstract:
A new operational radar system was designed to effectively supplement the current weather radar system and further meet the requirements of refining. This system analyzed the threshold of key parameters of weather radar and the basic characteristics of some common suspicious base data. Technologies such as the MVC framework, the Silverlight plug-in, Mysql database, the Ajax, the Web, the GIS etc. were applied in the design. The system is a collection of monitoring data in high-resolution transmission, equipment operation key parameters and shutdown event, equipment room environment elements, data quality and deep analysis. It is featured by a fault expert base system, with automatic processing and generation of report data, as well as various warning means including voices and text messages. It turns out that the system in Hunan Province can improve the efficiency of the maintenance work at all levels, enhance the alarm management skills, detect the hidden equipment faults in time and improve data quality and operational availability of new generation weather radar.
