气象信息化的飞速发展给信息安全工作带来了极大的挑战,如生产环境与测试环境数据混用、研发网络与办公和业务网络联通等,不但对数据安全造成了极大的威胁,也对实际业务正常运行形成很大的隐患。该文研究了深圳市气象局在实际业务生产中,利用生产环境与测试环境隔离的方法,建立气象行业数据中间测试平台,实现气象业务系统开发测试与业务应用环境分离,初步解决了数据混用等问题,减轻了中心数据库及应用数据库压力,同时实现了气象行业数据的规范化管理,保障了基础业务高效、稳定运行,也提升了气象数据使用价值和数据服务能力。 |

Abstract: |
The rapid development of meteorological information modernization brings great challenges to information security. Mixed use of production environment and test environment, mixed use of research and development network and office network and business network, not only poses a great threat to data security, but also causes great hidden trouble to the normal operation of actual business. This paper studies the method of isolating the production environment from the test environment in the actual meteorological operation and production. Taking Shenzhen meteorological bureau as an example, an intermediate test platform is established to realize the separation of system development and application, and preliminarily solve the hidden problems of information security. Through this method, an intermediate test platform is built to reduce the pressure on the central database and application database, realize the standardized management of big data in the meteorological industry, ensure the efficient and stable operation of the basic business platform, and improve the use value of meteorological data and the capacity of data sharing service. |
