该文通过分析2010—2016年四川盆地雷电高发区雷电日数、雷电密度、人文经济数据(人口密度和生产总值)、四川省气象部门监管对象,采用气象学分级统计分析方法,建立数学模型进行综合分析,对盆地高发区的南充市、宜宾市等地开展雷电灾害风险区划研究,分析结果表明:南充市的市辖区、南部县、仪陇县、阆中市、营山县、蓬安县;宜宾市的叙州区、高县属于四川盆地雷电高发区的极高风险区,在这些区域范围内的重点建筑物及其附属设施(易燃易爆场所、危化品场所等) ,应加强防雷设备的安装与定期检测。 |

Study on risk zoning method of lightning high incidence areas in Sichuan basin |

Abstract: |
This paper analyzes the number of lightning days, lightning density, human economic data (population density and GDP) and supervision objects of Meteorological Department of Sichuan Province in the high incidence area of mine electricity in Sichuan Basin from 2010 to 2016,by using the method of Meteorology classification and statistical analysis, a mathematical model is established to carry out comprehensive analysis on the lightning disaster risk zoning of Nanchong City and Yibin City in the high-risk areas of the basin. The results show that: the city area, Nanbu County, Yilong County, Langzhong City, Yingshan County and Peng'an County of Nanchong City; the Xuzhou district and Gaoxian County of Yibin City belong to the high-risk areas of the high-risk areas of mine electricity in Sichuan Basin.The installation and regular inspection of lightning protection equipment shall be strengthened for key buildings and their auxiliary facilities (inflammable and explosive places, hazardous chemical places, etc.) within these areas. |
