天气雷达的触发器为调制器可控硅提供触发放电信号,触发器故障后将导致调制器人工线无法放电,发射机停止工作。通过对六盘水新一代天气雷达(CINRAD/CA)多次触发器故障的原因分析,发现触发器控制板3A11A1上Q1场效应管(IRFPS43N50K)被击穿,栅极、漏极与源极之间两两短路,是导致R23过热烧毁的主要原因。在分析电路图和信号流程的基础上,结合六盘水雷达触发器故障,介绍了类似故障的处理方法,旨在使技术保障人员掌握触发器组件的原理和维修方法,提高排除此类故障能力。 |

The trigger of CINRAD/CA provides the trigger discharge signal for the modulator of thyristor. If the trigger malfunctions, the modulator artificial line will not discharge and the transmitter will stop working. The causes of multiple failures of the CINRAD/CA) in Liupanshui were analzed, it is found that the breakdown of the Q1 field effect transistor (IRFPS43N50K) on the trigger control board 3A11A1 and the short circuit between the gate, drain and source are the main reasons for the overheating and burning of R23. Based on the analysis of the circuit diagram and signal flow, combined with the trigger fault of Liupanshui CINRAD/CA, the processing method of similar fault was introduced in order to make the technical support personnel master the principle and maintenance method of the trigger component, and improve the ability to eliminate such failure. |
