利用贵州电网统调风电2017年~2019年度逐小时出力序列以及全省范围内5座典型风电场2017年~2019年度逐小时出力序列,从年整体出力水平、年出力特性、日出力特性、风电同时率四个角度分析贵州电网风电出力特性。同时,分析了贵州风电容量效益、出力分布和调峰特性。结果表明:贵州电网风电整体出力率集中在中低水平,不同地区单个风电场同时率差异较大,保证容量较低,规模接入将增大系统调峰容量,必须关注其反调峰问题。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the actual operating data of overall and five typical wind farms in 2017~2019, the output characteristics were analyzed from four perspectives: overall output level, annual characteristics, diurnal characteristics and simultaneous factor. In addition, capacity benefit, output distribution and peak load regulation characteristics of output were studied. It is found that the overall output rate is concentrated in middle and low level, the simultaneous rate of individual wind farms in different regions varies greatly, and the guaranteed capacity is low. Large-scale of wind projects will increase capacity requirement for peak load regulation, we should pay attention to its anti-peak shaving problem. |
