| 开展乡镇精细化预报是当前气象业务发展趋势，主要体现在突发气象灾害临近预警、气象风险预警等强天气的公众及决策气象服务方面，制作美观、大方的图形服务产品对提高气象服务水平有现实意义，也是基层台站涵待解决的技术问题。使用Surfer平台开展乡镇精细化预报服务产品制作，具有以下意义：1）软件操作简单、功能强大，上手较快，适合在基层台站推广使用；2）与当前流行的GIS软件文件格式通用性好，配合使用可实现专业性更强的服务产品制作；3）支持制作出各种精细化的服务产品；4）利用多种预报数据叠加，可以综合显示各类预报结果；5）支持短临预警、风险预警产品的分级分类显示；6）支持多种影像图叠加，便于基层业务人员积累经验，更好地了解、掌握地方性小气候，也适用于针对不同行业开展的专业气象服务产品制作。充分表明，利用 Surfer平台，可以实现快速丰富制作乡镇精细化预报产品，节省自行开发、维护平台的费用。 |

| In the villages and towns is fine forecast development trend of the current meteorological operations, mainly reflected in the sudden near meteorological disaster early warning, strong weather such as weather risk early warning of the public and decision-making meteorological service, make beautiful, generous graphics services products has practical significance to improve the level of meteorological service, is also a base station culvert technical problems to be solved. The use of Surfer platform for the production of township fine forecast service products has the following significance: 1) the software is simple to operate, powerful, quick to use and suitable for promotion in grass-roots stations; 2) it has good universality with the current popular GIS software file format, and can achieve more professional service products with the use of it; 3) support the production of various refined service products; 4) multiple forecast data superposition can be used to display all kinds of forecast results comprehensively; 5) support the classification and classification display of short-imminent warning and risk warning products; 6) support the superposition of multiple images and images, which is convenient for grass-roots business personnel to accumulate experience, better understand and master local microclimate, and also suitable for the production of professional meteorological service products targeted at different industries. It is fully demonstrated that the Surfer platform can be used to rapidly enrich the production of township fine forecast products and save the cost of self-development and maintenance of the platform. |
