基于MICAPS3.1的主要功能、模块设计特点以及二次开发系统接口,在中小流域水文气象预报平台的基础上实现对平台的移植。以乌江流域为例,研发了针对乌江流域梯级电站精细化预报平台。本文重点介绍了系统的工作流程、工作内容及功能介绍,并对系统进行了功能展示。该系统在多省市气象局、水库、电站等部门正式推广应用,结果表明:该系统布局合理、移植性强、操作简单,实现了MICAPS系统与流域水文气象服务的有效融合,具有一定的使用价值和推广意义。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the main functions, module design features and secondary development system interface of MICAPS3.1, the platform is transplanted on the basis of hydrological and meteorological forecasting platform for small and medium-sized watersheds. Taking Wujiang River Basin as an example, a refined forecasting platform for cascade hydropower stations in Wujiang River Basin is developed. The work process, work content and function of the system are mainly introduced, and the function of the system is displayed. The system has been officially popularized and applied in many weather bureaus of provinces and cities, reservoirs, power stations and other departments. The results show that the system has reasonable layout, strong portability and simple operation. It realizes the effective integration of MICAPS system and basin Hydrometeorological Services, and has certain application value and promotion significance. |
