通过对2018年贵州新一代天气雷达故障进行统计分析,CINRAD/CD雷达伺服系统故障占了总故障的37%,且部分伺服系统故障在排除时耗时较长。由于伺服系统故障多种多样,掌握伺服系统信号流程是解决故障的根本方法。因此本文先介绍了CINRAD/CD雷达伺服系统原理及信号流程;然后对伺服系统频发故障按照伺服系统信号流程给出了故障判断步骤及处理过程;最后要求台站人员做好常规维护和定标,可避免一些由于松动、断线等软性故障。有效提高CINRAD/CD雷达伺服系统故障处理效率及业务可用性。 |

Abstract: |
Through statistical analysis of the new generation weather radar faults in Guizhou in 2018, CINRAD/CD radar servo system faults accounted for 37% of the total faults, and some servo system faults took longer to eliminate. Due to the variety of servo system failures, mastering the signal flow of the servo system is the fundamental method to solve the fault. Therefore, this paper first introduces the CINRAD/CD radar servo system principle and signal flow. Then, the fault diagnosis step and process of the servo system are given according to the servo system signal flow. Finally, the station personnel are required to do routine maintenance and calibration, which can avoid some soft faults such as looseness and disconnection. Effectively improve CINRAD/CD radar servo system troubleshooting efficiency and service availability. |
