黔西南州最主要的道路交通安全高影响天气有凝冻(道路结冰)、大雾和强降水。由于黔西南州特殊的地形结构,气象条件复杂,气象因子受海拔高度和经纬度影响较大,本文通过对历史气象资料进行多元回归残差订正插值运算,模拟分析黔西南州凝冻(道路结冰)、大雾和强降水几种高影响天气的时空分布,根据气象条件与交通安全之间的对应关系进行等级划分,得出黔西南州道路交通安全高影响天气区划图。结果表明:凝冻天气对交通安全的影响主要随海拔高度变化,其中普安、兴仁、安龙中北部、晴隆大部、望谟东北部、兴义地势高处等是凝冻重灾区;大雾天气的影响主要随纬度变化,晴隆、普安是大雾强影响区;强降水天气则主要影响晴隆、普安、兴义、望谟。 |

Study on high impact weather regionalization of road traffic safety in Qianxinan |

Abstract: |
The most important high-impact weather of road traffic safety in Qianxinan is freezing (road icing),fog and heavy rainfall.Because of the special mountain structure in Qianxinan,the meteorological conditions are complex and the meteorological factors are greatly affected by altitude,longitude and latitude.Based on the historical meteorological data,the spatial and temporal distributions of frost (road icing),fog and heavy precipitation in Qianxinan are analyzed by using the multivariate regression residual correction interpolation.Based on the relationship between image condition and traffic safety, a high impact weather zoning map of road traffic safety in Qianxinan is obtained.The results show that the influence of frozen weather on traffic safety mainly varies with altitude,of which Pu"an,Xingren, north-central Anlong,most of Qinglong,northeast of Wangmo,and high altitude of Xingyi are the heavily damaged areas;the influence of foggy weather mainly varies with latitude;Qinglong and Pu"an are the heavily damaged areas;heavy rainfall mainly affects Qinglong.Pu’an, Xingyi and Wangmo. |
