Abstract: |
In order to improve the security risk controlling in weather modification of rocket operation, using the safety controlling principle, the security risk hidden in danger was analyzed via system rules, operating personnels, work installments, rocket projectiles, working environment, and safe air zone. The countermeasures and suggestions was proposed, which could instruct the weather modification operation, and decrease the artificial accident and improve the benefit of the operations in artificial weather modification. |
