文章以贵州省市州级气象部门开设的微信订阅号为主要调研对象,以微信传播指数WCI(清博指数)为主要研究指标,使用因子分析法提取出影响微信公众号传播指数的关键因素,与当地人均GDP、移动电话用户数等统计数据相结合,进行相关性检验。从而得出结论,WCI的高低与国民生产总值不存在相关性,WCI的主要影响因素为当地移动电话用户基数、最大点赞数、最大阅读数、头条文章阅读数等四个因素。并对气象新媒体服务的发展提出建议,力求为气象服务方式的变革创新提供更为深入的实践经验。 |

WeChat subscription number in Guizhou Provincial State Meteorological Department opened as the main research object, with the spread of WeChat index WCI (dingta index) as the main research target, using factor analysis method to extract the key factors affecting the WeChat public number spread index, combined with the local per capita GDP, the number of mobile phone users and other data, for correlation test. To conclude, the level of WCI and GDP correlation does not exist, the main influencing factors of WCI for local mobile phone user base, the maximum number of points like four factors such as the number, the maximum number of reading, reading the headlines. And make suggestions on the development of new meteorological media services, so as to provide more practical experience for the reform and innovation of meteorological services. |
