    【目的】当机场某一测量点自动观测设备故障,无法获取实时风数据的情况下,提供同端另一测量点自动观测站的风向、风速数据作为应急参考,减少影响,达到运行不降级的目的。为近距平行双跑道同一端风向和风速互为参考提供理论依据。【方法】利用贵阳龙洞堡国际机场 2021 年 12 月-2024 年 4 月地面风资料,运用常规统计学方法,分别讨论机场西跑道北头 19R 与东跑道北头 19L、西跑道中间 MID1 与东跑道中间 MID2、西跑道南头 01L 与东跑道南头 01R 的地面风向与风速的统计性差异,以及各端顺风和侧风是否满足运行标准的一致性。【结果】1)贵阳机场双跑道同一端风向、风速在整体分布形态上具有较好的一致性。2)跑道同端风数据具备相同运行条件的概率较大,特别是当机场地面风满足运行顺风、侧风标准时,跑道同端的风数据相互参考性更高。3)在极少数个例如强对流天气系统过境、午后热低压发展或傍晚热低压减弱等天气背景下,两条跑道同端地面风数据在同一时刻可能存在较大差异,此时不建议使用跑道同一端风数据互为参考。【结论】在实际运行中使用贵阳龙洞堡国际机场 2 条跑道同端地面风向、风速数据互为参考具有一定可行性。

    Abstract:

    The objective of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for whether the wind direction and speed at the same end of close - proximity parallel double runways can be used as references for each other, and to expect that when the automatic observation equipment at a measurement point in the airport fails and real - time wind data cannot be obtained, the wind direction and speed data from the automatic observation station at the other measurement point at the same end can be provided as an emergency reference and achieve the goal of maintaining operational standards without degradation. Using the surface wind data from Guiyang Longdongbao Airport from December 2021 to April 2024, and conventional statistical methods, we discuss the statistical differences in surface wind directions and speeds between the north end of the west runway (19R) and the north end of the east runway (19L), the middle of the west runway (MID1) and the middle of the east runway (MID2), as well as the south end of the west runway (01L) and the south end of the east runway (01R). Additionally, the consistency of crosswind and tailwind meeting operational standards at each end is analyzed. The results show that: (1) The wind directions and speeds at the same end of the double runways at Guiyang Airport have a good consistency in the overall distribution pattern. (2) The wind data at the same end of the runways has a high probability of meeting the same operational conditions, especially when the surface wind at the airport meets the standards for tailwind and crosswind, the mutual referenceability of wind data at the same end of the runways is even higher. (3) In very few cases, such as when a severe convective weather system passes through, the afternoon thermal low develops or the evening thermal low weakens, the simultaneous surface wind data at the same end of the two runways may show significant differences. In such cases, it is not recommended to use the wind data at the same end of the runways as references for each other. Overall, in practical operations, it is feasible to a certain extent to use the surface wind direction and speed data at the same end of the two runways at Guiyang Longdongbao Airport as references for each other.
