Abstract:Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of S-band and X-band weather radar in cross-regional application and intensive utilization , this study aims to promote the integrated application of multi-band radar data based on the ROSE system , and to improve the cross-regional sharing and application efficiency of radar data. In this study , we designed a systematic radar product data collection process , developed a standardized processing method for X-band weather radar “Lei Sheng-X ”data files and solved the key technical problems such as the reconstruction of ROSE index files . Meanwhile , based on the data lake technology , a data sharing service interface was designed , realizing real-time access to 31 weather radars inside and outside Hubei Province , providing rich radar data for meteorological monitoring departments , and significantly enhancing the breadth and depth of radar products in cross-regional applications . The research result was put into operational application during the flood season in 2023 , which has verified its effectiveness in improving the efficiency of cross-regional application and supporting short-time meteorological monitoring.
