    摘要:

    文章旨在提高黔西南州气象部门办公效率,减少审批耗时,实现审批流程无纸化、信息化和智能化。通过钉钉管理后台创建“黔西南州气象局”组织架构,在该架构下以各单位需求为导向构建州、县两级车辆管理、物资采购、合同管理、请(休)假等各类OA审批单。结果表明,OA审批系统优化了工作流程,节省了大量审批时间;各类审批单使用频率逐渐提高。因此,构建钉钉OA审批系统可显著提高气象部门办公效率,对气象部门开展工作具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    The article aims to improve the office efficiency of the meteorological department in Qiannan Prefecture, reduce approval time, and achieve paperless, information-based, and intelligent approval processes. Create an organizational structure for the Qianxinan Prefecture Meteorological Bureau through DingTalk management backend, and under this structure, construct various OA approval forms such as vehicle management, material procurement, contract management, and leave requests at the state and county levels based on the needs of each unit. The results showed that the OA approval system optimized the workflow and saved a lot of approval time; The frequency of using various approval forms is gradually increasing. Therefore, building a DingTalk OA approval system can significantly improve the office efficiency of meteorological departments and is of great significance for their work.
