Abstract:In order to evaluate the applicability of CLDAS temperature and wind products with different resolutions in Guizhou Province , the topographic linear interpolation method is used to evaluate the CLDAS temperature products , and bilinear interpolation method is used for wind speed products . Then , the mean error (ME) , mean absolute error (MAE) and R are taken as indicators to evaluate CLDAS temperature products , and MAE and R as indicators for evaluating CLDAS wind speed products . The results show that the higher the spatial resolution of CLDAS temperature and wind products , the smaller the deviation from the observation of temperature and wind , and the stronger the positive correlation between the CLDAS products and the observations . The performance of CLDAS temperature products in Guizhou is better than that of the wind speed products . In most areas of Guizhou , the ME of temperature products is in the range of - 1 ℃ to 1 ℃ , and the proportion of stations with ME being - 1 ℃ to 1 ℃ of high-resolution temperature products is higher than that of low-resolution temperature products . The MAE of temperature products is 0 ~ 1 ℃ and the MAE of wind products is 0 ~ 1 m · s - 1 . The spatial average MAE of high-resolution temperature and wind products is lower than that of low-resolution temperature and wind products . The proportion of stations with ME of summer CLDAS temperature products in the range of - 1℃ to 1 ℃ is lower than that of the winter temperature products . The spatial mean values of MAEs of summer CLDAS temperature and wind products are higher than those of the winter temperature and wind products . The errors of winter CLDAS temperature and wind products are lower relative to the summer CLDAS temperature and wind products , and the error ranges are smaller. The winter CLDAS temperature and wind products are better in Guizhou . To sum up , the higher the resolution , the better the performance of CLDAS products in Guizhou , and the winter CLDAS temperature and wind products are much better than the summer products .
