Under the guidance of the ISO9001 quality management system, we analyzed the development status of county integrated meteorological services. The main procedures of integrated meteorological services was prepared with the risk-based thinking and processing methods. Additionally, the new developing mode of basis comprehensive meteorological services containing basic business, service evaluation, scientific research application, and achievement transformation was established.
