This paper mainly introduces the research and development purpose, technology and functional features of the intelligent service system for meteorological disaster prevention and reduction in Yulin City.Taking the latest achievements of CIMISS, Qin Zhi-Shaanxi Grid Forecast Intelligent Analysis Application Subsystem and Shaanxi short-term approaching Intelligent Forecast Service system as well as Yulin City Meteorological data Comprehensive Service platform as the data source of the system, and taking the intelligent TV or advertising machine of Andiord system as the early warning terminal, it automatically displays and updates all kinds of meteorological reality and forecast and early warning information, and realizes the requirement of fine service.
