Abstract:Using the monthly total radiation and sunshine hours data of the only four radiation stations in photovoltaic power station centralized development zone of Guizhou province, weining, shuicheng, xingren and ziyun, from January 2011 to February 2016, this article obtained the calculation model of total radiation climatology suitable for this area, which not only has clear physical meaning. Moreover, the calculation error is relatively small. Compared with the measured values, the total solar radiation relative error of the four radiation stations in this area is less than 6 %. It can be considered that the total solar radiation calculated using this climatological model in the photovoltaic power station centralized development zone of Guizhou Province is close to the real value. On this basis, the solar energy resources in this area were evaluated. The results of the evaluation showed that the solar energy resources in the photovoltaic power station centralized development zone of Guizhou Province are abundant and the stability is mostly above the general level. The Western marginal areas can reach a very stable level, and the days of sunshine hours greater than 6 hours and 3 hours are more than other areas. Suitable for solar energy resource development and utilization.
